"Clementine" Club Projects - September 2012

Hello, and Happy September!  I thought I would take a few minutes to share some of my artwork this month featuring the new "Clementine" products (um yes, I do love these!).  These are also posted in an album on my business Facebook page  - search my name to 'like' my page.

Main layout, featuring really cute faux-ribbon with cardstock, and topped off with a cute fabric/button accent.

Close-up of the ribbon accent...I ink-distressed this using our new 'Saddle' ink.
Another (somewhat blurry, thank you phone camera) picture of the faux ribbon.  I love using sponge daubers to ink things up...they fit right on your finger and make it go quickly.
Basic, simple cards featuring a tag cut from the CTMH "Art Philosophy" cartridge, and a bow glued on with a glue dot (vs. tying it and doing it the long way).  This set is not ink-distressed as you'll see it is in the next picture.
Notice the difference that inking the edges in 'Saddle' gives it...a little more rustic.  Since I've already used up all of the 'Cottage Assortment' fabric/button accents, I substituted a simple Opaque Adhesive Gem in the center of the stamped flower instead.  Voila - a cute and easy, embellished accent!
